The participants are aimed to be the lecturers, graduate students, researchers and engineers. Invited and contributed papers accepted for the conference will be presented orally. The presentation language must be English.

Paper Submission
• Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers, in English, of not more than four (4) pages in standard IEEE two-column format, reporting their work and results, applications, and/or implementation in one or more of the listed topics.
• Papers must be submitted only by internet through the conference web site (http://www.DST-CON.org). Accepted papers are expected to be presented at the conference.
• All papers are peer reviewed.
• Prospective undergraduate students are invited to submit a summary page, in English, of ONE A4 page in the specified format with Times New Roman font size of 11, reporting their work and results, applications, and/or implementation. Please email the summary page directly to UGProject@dstcon.org download template
• At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the program.
Publications
Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings. Accepted papers with no-show presentation will be reported to the corresponding author’s organization and result in 3 year unacceptable manuscript submission.
